- Employees participate in Goal alignment workshops for their Annual Goals signoff, which is linked to the Organizational goals. Our PDCA program (Plan Do check Act) with relentless focus through out the year drives the behaviour of 101% delivery.

Training & Development

Internal Communication Meeting
We understand that unless we have participation of our people on an all level basis the element of employee satisfaction is just a myth. Hence a monthly communication meeting is organized to share the business performance and other plans for the future. In order to have effective employee participation and better involvement the respective Business Group Heads will address the employees. Open House as it is called is a Quarterly event which is a part of the communication meeting. It acts as a platform that encourages open dialog between the employees and the Business Executive committee members to enhance team as well as individual connection mutually and bring in the purpose of the journey together.
Rewards & Recognition
The ARC program (Awards Recognition Celebration) helps to identify and recognize excellent performers in a common forum (“I Lead We Win”) by way of Spot and Monthly rewards to individuals and teams.
Social Responsibility
TVS-E has a dedicated CSR cell. Here at TVS E, you get a chance to take part in some of our best corporate social responsibility initiatives including Blood donation and other supporting programs for the adopted village of “Tiruvidanthai” (near Chennai), and many other such programs. Besides this, social events such as Founders day, Sports events are held every year wherein your family and you participate as a part of our extended family members to bring in a family bonding.
