Step 4

Instantly you will receive a message

Step 5

Fill this PIN no. and gift won on the warranty card. Send the original warranty card duly filled and a copy of purchase invoice to:

  1. What is the offer?

On every purchase of MSP245, MSP355XLC, Proton and Champion series, end consumer will get an assured gift on sending an SMS. 

  1. What are the gifts?

The gift could be a TVS Scooty Pep, Digital camera or Kitchenware sets or Parker pen sets. 

  1. How can I win?

On purchasing any of the 3 models mentioned above, you have to send an SMS with text TVSE <12-digit printer serial no.> (space between TVSE and printer serial no.) at 3636. The system will send you an auto reply with a unique 8-digit PIN no. and the gift that you have won. Also you will get the instructions about what to do further. 

  1. How will I get the prize?

You have to fill these details of PIN no. and the gift you have won on the Warranty card and send it along with the copy of purchase invoice at the given address. The documents will be verified and on found satisfactory; the gift will be dispatched at the address mentioned by you within a period of 4-8 weeks. 

  1. What if I am not able to send SMS?

Please check the no. at which you are sending the SMS. If the problem still persists, call our helpline no. 30309797.  

  1. I am getting the reply saying that “This PIN no. is either not valid for the scheme or is already registered for the offer” Why?

This can be due to the following conditions:

a.       The printer is not valid for the offer

b.      You might have typed the wrong printer serial no.

c.       The serial no. is already registered for the scheme in the system

7.      Will I get more than one gift, if I have purchased more than one printer.

Yes, you will get one prize for every printer that you have purchased.  But in that case you will have to send different SMS for every printer 

8.      What is the last date of the offer.

Offer is valid up to 15th December 2005 and no SMS will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on 15th December 2005. Also the last date for sending the claims of prizes at the given address is 15th January 2005. 

9.   Where can I find the printer serial no.

It is a 12-digit alpha-numeric code which is mentioned on the back side of the printer and the carton as well. 

10.   Where shall I send the Warranty card and the copy of invoice?

Please fill in the details of PIN no. and the gift won on the warranty card coupon and send it with a copy of the purchase invoice to this address before 15th Jan.2005.

 Terms & Conditions 

1.      TVS Bumper DHOOM-2 offer is valid from 21st November 2005 to 15th December 2005, unless otherwise extended by TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED or till stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

2.      Purchases made by the customers between 21st November 2005 to 15th December 2005 (Invoice date by the Authorized Dealer Partner to the customer) shall only be entitled for this offer. Purchases made before or after the above said period shall not be entertained.

3.      Customer is entitled to this offer only on purchase of MSP 250Champion, MSP 450 Champion, MSP 245, MSP 245 Champion, MSP 345Champion, MSP 355XLC and Proton printers from any of the Authorized Dealer Partner of TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED only.

4.      Customer has to send the SMS with TVSE <Printer Serial No.> (space between TVSE and the 12-digit printer serial no.) at 3636 and he/she will receive an auto-reply with a PIN no. and detail of the gift won, after the verification. The PIN no. and the gift won have to be filled on the warranty card.

5.      No SMS shall be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on 15th December 2005, even if the purchase is made before that time.

6.      The copy of invoice and original Warranty card duly filled (with PIN no. and gift won) has to be sent to the given address

7.      PIN no. and the gift won as per the SMS received has to be filled on the Warranty card, failing which the customer shall not be entitled for the gift.

8.      The end user is assured of one gift from TVS Electronics; the gift can vary from Scooty Pep, Digital camera, Parker pen to kitchenware sets etc.

9.      Allow a minimum of 4 weeks & maximum of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of documents for intimation and delivery of the gift. TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED will not be liable for delay in delivery of gift due to non-availability of stocks or loss in transit or for any other reason beyond its control.

10.  The customer will have to produce an identification document at the time of receiving the gift. It could be PAN No., Driving license, Identity card or Voter ID card.

11.  TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer without any prior notice if it is found to be prohibited by Law. In such cases, TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED shall not be liable to provide any gift or compensation to the customer (s) on any account.

12.  This offer cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED, subsisting or announced at future date by TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED nor can the gift be exchanged for any other product, nor can it be transferred, or en-cashed.

13.  The decision of TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED in all respects of the gift shall be final and no dispute shall be entertained in this regard.

14.  Offer is open to Indian residents only.

15.  Channel Partners of TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED, Employees of TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED and its Marketing Agencies are not eligible to participate in this offer.

16.  TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED products are also available without this offer and any other Discount/Exchange schemes offered by TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED or its Authorized Dealer Partners shall have no bearing on this offer.

18.  Dispute if any, barring the above exclusion in any respect of the offer, should be sent in writing to: TVS-E DHOOM Offer, TVS Electronics Limited, 34, Developed Plots, South Phase, Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai  600 032 and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Chennai. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED.

19.  TVS Electronics Limited will not be liable to hand over the gift, if customer is not available at the time of delivery of gift or in case of change of address.

20.  Quality of Gifts will be guaranteed as per the brand owner's policy. TVS Electronics is completely indemnified from any consumer compliant issues with respect to the gifts.

21.  All taxes, insurance, levies, registration charges for the gifts as applicable shall be borne by the winner.

22.  Relevant Income Tax / Government of India laws will be applicable to the winner of the Gift.

23.  Accessories, if any will not be part of the gifts so given.

24.  All documents received on or before 15th January 2005 will only be eligible for the gift. Documents received after 15th January 2005 shall not be accepted. TVS Electronics will not be responsible for postal delay or entry lost.

25.  TVS Electronics Limited reserves the right to decide on the validity of the claim and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

26.  By submitting document for participation in the offer, it is implied that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
