Dental Camp for School Children |

We had arranged for a Dental Screening and
Treatment camp with the help of RAGAS DENTAL
INSTITUTE for the school children of Nemmeli
Govt High school which just beyond Tiruvidanthai
on the 10th_ 12th & 24t_25th of Oct 2007. A
mobile air conditioned Dental van with all the
necessary facilities was used |

A total of 780 students were screened between
the ages of 10 and 17 yrs both boys and girls.
There was a talk on basic dental Hygiene along
with demo on the technique of brushing and also
the effects of brushing twice daily They were
also made aware of the ill effects of
smoking,chewing tobacco and Pan parag |

The follow up care and instructions were given
to all children who underwent the treatment |
